Energy Shake

Welcome back to Way to Zero Waste, today we bring you an essential shake for all those who follow a vegeterian or vegan diet, as it contains a high protein content among other nutrients.



One of the main ingredients in this recipe is spirulina, also known as Blue Alae. It contains good nutrients such as high protein value, rich in fats of the Omega-6 family necessary for the construction of cells and very rich in iron, perfect for people with anemia or people with nutrient assimilation problems.


There's also soy milk. We encourage you to start making your own homemade milk, super easy, healthy and cheap!

Soy has a very high amount of protein, minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron and complex of carbohydrates, as well as unsaturated fats necessary for a healthy and balanced diet.


Finally there's the banana, a very good source of energy. A lot of fiber, potassium and carbohydrates. Perfect to give a delicious flavor to the shake!



INGREDIENTS:


- 1 glass of soy milk

- A hole banana

- 1 tablespoon of spirulina




STEPS:


- We add the ingredients in the blender and mix them for 1 minute

- Once everything is well blended, we'll proceed to serve the shake in a glass

and... You'll be ready to enjoy it!





In less than 5 min you have the perfect shake to nourish yourself with good food and fill your body with energy for the whole day.
